The Lafayette House is interested in speaking with highly motivated candidates who are seeking a position in back or front of house service. We are excited to meet individuals who have a great attitude, are willing to commit themselves to learning and providing quality food service.

Our restaurant operates during peak times, including weekends and holidays.  These are some of our busiest and most important service periods. As part of our team,  you will be expected to work during holidays, including but not limited to major holidays and special events.

REQUIRED HOLIDAYS: MOTHER’S DAY, EASTER & THANKSGIVING

MUST WORK AT LEAST ONE: CHRISTMAS EVE, NEW YEARS EVE or NEW YEARS DAY

• All staff is required to work. You may request a holiday off, but they will only be granted if there is excess staff; at which point days off will be awarded based on seniority.
